GDPR Fair Processing Notice

WHAT IS GDPR?

The GDPR applies to businesses established in the EU that process personal data of any EU citizens, so far regardless of developments with Brexit. It also applies to organisations outside the EU that offer goods or services inside the EU, including those with fewer than 250 employees.


By law, any breach which has an impact on the rights of data subjects must be reported to the regulator (ICO) within 24 hours where possible, but at least within 72 hours and the report must include information regarding what led to the breach, how it is being contained and planned next steps.


HOW AND WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

Level 360 process your data solely in order to provide our services, and correctly allocate and distribute resources accordingly, as well as for communication not limited to the duration of the agreed work.

Data is provided to us by Agents, Suppliers, Clients, Vendors, and Employees, and is given with full consent by the relevant parties in order to conduct business.

Any information distributed to our suppliers is only used to properly manage and conduct business, and our suppliers remain in-line with all GDPR guidelines, using SSL encryption and Anti-Virus as standard.


WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA

Your personal data is not, and will not be forwarded or sold to any third parties, and remains stored for 12 months after your required service(s), known as the retention period. If no further business is conducted, your information is permanently deleted from our records after 12 months. SSL Encryption of our servers is guaranteed and can be found by clicking the lock icon next to the domain name in your browser.

Any purchases are secured to the highest standards and in full compliance of GDPR. With SSL encryption on our servers, your data remains safe with us.

Level 360 will only contact you from initial enquiry through to content delivery, and will only contact you further if we require or have the need to update you on your purchase.
